Nutrifit processes orders in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Saturday–Thursday). Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be processed on the next business day. Friday is non-working day.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping provider and delivery location and are displayed at checkout. Nutrifit reserves the right to modify delivery estimates due to operational, holiday, or force majeure circumstances without prior notice.

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages where necessary without customer notification. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, remote-area, or out-of-city deliveries.

Nutrifit may cooperate with third-party couriers arranged by the customer within city limits. Deliveries to western or remote UAE regions may require extended delivery timeframes or incur additional charges.

Identification Requirement

Nutrifit reserves the right to request valid identification upon delivery for verification purposes. Failure to provide valid or verifiable identification may result in delivery refusal and order cancellation.

Free Shipping

Free shipping offers are subject to the same delivery, verification, and identification requirements outlined herein.

Limitation of Liability

Nutrifit shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by third-party couriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
