How to use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) in 6 oz. of water immediately following your workout. On non-workout days, take 1 serving (1 scoop) in the morning when you wake up. Maintain an adequate state of hydration during use. Read the entire label before use and follow directions provided.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Loading Phase: For the first 7 days, mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of water in the morning when you wake up and 2 scoops (2 servings) in 12 oz. of water immediately after your workout.
On non-workout days, mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of water in the morning when you wake up and 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of water later in the day.
Maintenance Stage: Mix 2 servings (2 scoops) in 12 oz. of water immediately following your workout.
