Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility

Nutrifit accepts returns within forty-eight (48) hours of order receipt and exchanges within five (5) days of receipt. Requests submitted outside these timeframes shall not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original condition, and in original packaging. Clearance or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

A valid proof of purchase is required for all return or exchange requests.

Fees & Deductions

Nutrifit reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs, taxes, courier charges, and any applicable operational fees from the refundable amount.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Nutrifit will notify the customer of refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval.

For Cash on Delivery or delivery-time card payments, the customer must provide valid bank account details within seven (7) days of request. Failure to do so may result in refund delays.

Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has not been received, the customer must first verify with their bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary. Nutrifit shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.

Returns During Transit

If a return is requested while the order is in transit, Nutrifit will first seek courier approval. If approved, all shipping and operational fees will be deducted from the refund. If the courier declines the return, order cancellation shall not be possible.

Limitation of Liability

Nutrifit shall not be liable for refunds denied due to misuse, non-compliance with return conditions, or courier refusal.
