4. Prices, Payments & Invoicing

• Payments must be made using approved payment methods at checkout.
• Banks may apply additional fees or currency conversion charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
In case of late payment:
• Nutrifit reserves the right to charge 10% interest on overdue amounts.
• Services or deliveries may be suspended without prior notice.
• If payment exceeds 60 days overdue, Nutrifit may appoint a debt recovery agency, and all legal and collection costs shall be borne by the client.
Any withholding tax imposed by the client’s country is the client’s responsibility. The full invoice amount remains payable to Nutrifit.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Nutrifit reserves the right to:
• Refuse or cancel any order at its discretion
• Limit quantities per customer, household, or order
• Correct pricing or product errors even after payment
Orders suspected to be placed by resellers or distributors may be declined.

6. Clearance Products
• Clearance items are available in limited quantities and sold on a first-come, first-served basis
• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, customers will be contacted and refunded
• All clearance sales are final
• No returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges apply to clearance products

7. Shipping & Damaged Shipments
Once an order leaves our warehouse, responsibility for shipping lies with the courier.
• Customers should inspect packages upon delivery
• Any damage occurring during transit must be reported directly to the courier
• Nutrifit is not responsible for courier-related damages but will assist where possible before shipment
